Battery

Takumi Harada is a 12-year-old baseball prodigy who joins his new school's unskilled team in Nitta after his family moves there. Despite his overwhelming talent, Takumi needs a catcher who can keep up with his pitches, leading him to team up with Gou Nagakura, a fellow student who's eager to prove himself. As they form a "battery", Takumi clashes with his new teammates due to his strong personality, but his grandfather's guidance helps him find enjoyment in the sport.
