To pay for the project, she uses her family's wealth to settle the nation's debt, gaining the government's cooperation. However, her declaration sparks conflict with humans who distrust her intentions. Akira Kaburagi, a skeptic of vampires, becomes Mina's unlikely protector after encountering her and experiencing strange memories linked to his past.
