Flag

The civil war in a small Asian country is interrupted by a photograph taken by accident, depicting a flag that becomes a symbol of peace. The United Nations dispatches its Special Development Command, equipped with the High Agility Versatile Weapon Carrier (HAVWC), to retrieve the flag from an extremist group trying to obstruct the peace agreement. The mission includes Saeko Shirasu, a young photojournalist who initially took the flag picture, to document their activities.
