Yumeko Jabami's notoriety and the decline of the student council prompt Kirari Momobami to transform the group. She announces a presidential election, with students competing by accumulating chips over thirty days - the student with the most chips at the end becomes both the new president and head of the Momobami clan. Eleven new students, each from a different Momobami branch family, transfer to Hyakkao Private Academy, intent on leading the school and the clan. Their ultimate goal is to accumulate as many chips as possible, but there's more at stake than just their chips.
