The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's Special 7 unit, a team of highly skilled professionals, operates in a city where supernatural creatures coexist with humans. These creatures, including elves, dwarves, vampires, and more, have lived alongside humans since powerful dragons disappeared from the scene. The unit's efforts are challenged by the group "Nine," which seeks to exploit the dragons' former power and causes destruction in Tokyo. Seiji Nanatsuki, a newly appointed detective, becomes a member of the Special 7 after assisting in a high-stakes hostage situation and displaying his dedication to justice.
