The Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs (GOTT) oversees intergalactic trade and maintains order in the distant future, where humanity has colonized many planets. Within GOTT, the Enhanced Soldier Unit (ES Unit) conducts clandestine operations to prevent major galactic crimes. Éclair and Lumière, two low-ranking operatives with exceptional abilities, carry out these missions. Éclair possesses superhuman strength and an array of combat skills, including the use of a lipstick whip.
