Selection Project

Suzune Miyama, who has been hospitalized since childhood, finds inspiration in the music of legendary idol Akari Amazawa, who rose to fame through the Selection Project. This national show, held annually, serves as a premier opportunity for young girls to become idols, with Akari being a notable example. Suzune, determined to follow in Akari's footsteps, decides to participate in the 7th annual Selection Project during her final summer of junior high school. The Selection attracts thousands of candidates, from whom only nine exceptional girls are chosen to compete in the grueling Audition Battle.
