Kaizu Takumi's life is marked by a typical school excursion where a friend's question sparks a realization about his interest in girls. His friend's inquiry about finding a girl friend prompts Takumi to reflect on his own feelings, which he hadn't acknowledged before. His classmates, including childhood friend Hatano Konami and school idol Shimazu Kakana, surround him, but it takes a friend's prompting for him to consider his own romantic life.
