Fragtime

Misuzu Moritani struggles with everyday interactions due to her introverted nature, often becoming flustered in social situations. She has the ability to stop time for three minutes, which she uses to escape troublesome interactions. However, while observing her classmates during one such episode, Misuzu notices that Haruka Murakami can move despite the temporal influence. This realization leads Misuzu to explore the world in new ways, with Haruka frequently accompanying her.
