Ingoku Danchi Deviant's Apartment Complex

Yoshida, a high school graduate with a weak physical build, unexpectedly takes over as manager of his family's apartment complex after his father suffers an injury. Unbeknownst to him, the complex is home to several women with unconventional sexual interests. A mysterious entity starts distributing "Libido Cloth" to them, which grants superpowers and leads to erratic behavior, causing problems for Yoshida and the residents.
