Shiromitsugawa, a college town struggling with revitalization, is about to face a significant challenge. Local resident Kakeru Niimi, a responsible and kind-hearted individual, has a relatively ordinary life until the sacred relic at the local shrine breaks. This event triggers the emergence of superhuman abilities in several young people, turning the town into a complex situation where a super-powered serial killer must be stopped.
